(B) Books
Reading Room stock uses Dewey decimal classification, i.e., (B) 001.42. Books received from 2013 onwards are on open shelves in Science 3 Reading Room, Floor 3:
(B): 001.42 to (B): 998.2
(OB) Oversized Books
Oversized science collection books have a shelfmark beginning (OB) and are kept on the shelf from 2007, next to the Science 2 Reference Desk.
(P) Periodicals/Journals
English language dated 2014 onwards and foreign language. Journals that were first received from 2003 are in the Dewey decimal classification sequence e.g. (P) 615.6 -E (1) and before 2003 it will be in the British Library Science Classification sequence e.g. (P) HD80 -E (108).
